The action was one by plaintiff to enjoin the state board of medical examination and registration from holding a hearing on the subject of revocation of plaintiff’s license to practice medicine and surgery. A demurrer to the petition was sustained, and plaintiff appeals.
The board of medical examination and registration consists of seven members appointed by the governor by and with the consent of the senate. Each member must be a physician in good standing in his profession, who received a degree of doctor of medicine from a reputable college…
