This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, granting a perpetual injunction against the prosecution of any suit upon a certain bond from the appellees to the appellant, dated the 24th of September, 1887.

The bill praying the injunction avers, that on the 24th of September, 1887, the appellees, with one John Carson and Elijah J. Bond, executed a bond to Elizabeth M. Schaeffer, (the appellant,) in the penalty of nine thousand dollars, upon condition that Elizabeth M. Schaeffer should be protected from loss in the premises by the execution of the bond, which recited…
