*460In a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6 for grandparent visitation, the grandmother appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Simeone, J.), entered February 2, 2004, which, without a hearing, granted the mother’s motion, in effect, to dismiss the petition.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
