Order, Supreme Court, Kings County (Aaron Bernstein, J.), entered on or about January 27, 1992, which denied the defendants’ motion pursuant to CPLR 3212 to dismiss the complaint and granted the plaintiff’s cross-motion for leave to amend the complaint to assert a cause of action for breach of contract against the defendant Board of Education, unanimously reversed, on the law, the plaintiff’s motion is denied, the defendants’ motion is granted, and the complaint is hereby dismissed, without costs.
