William Gomez appeals the judgment acknowledging full satisfaction of the trial court’s award (prior judgment for damages resulting from personal injuries) of $2.76 million against Defendant Construction Design, Inc. (CDI) and releasing the supersedes bond filed by CDI to appeal the award. The Missouri Supreme Court affirmed the award following CDI’s appeal and Mr. Gomez’s cross-appeal. Gomez v. Constr.
