WHAM, District Judge.

The debtor-petitioner, Mike L. Buxton, administrator of the estate of George Frederick Buxton, deceased, herieinafter referred to as "debtor,” on the 1st day of October, 1935, filed his petition in this court as the personal representative of said George Frederick Buxton, a deceased farmer, seeking relief under section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U. S.C.A. § 203). The petition was approved and referred to the proper conciliation commissioner.

On December 19, 1935, the conciliation commissioner reported back to this court all proceedings under the statute…
