KELLY, Associate Judge:

The facts pertinent to this appeal are that the parties, husband and wife, were married in 1947. They had two children, one of whom, a minor daughter, lives with the wife in Maryland. The husband resides in a separate home in Maryland and is employed in the District of Columbia. As a result of marital difficulties, appellant-wife called her husband at work one day in February 1968, requested that he not come home, and stated that she did not wish to see him again.
