At issue is whether Section 515 (“Section 515”) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1145, requires Defendant-Appellant United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”) to make certain disputed contributions to the New York State Teamsters Conference Pension and Retirement Fund (the “Pension Fund”) and the New York State Teamsters Council Health and Hospital Fund (the “Health Fund,” together the “Funds”).
