NORRIS, Judge.

The First National Bank of Shreveport (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) appeals a judgment ordering the homologation of a tableau of distribution in this succession proceeding.

We feel it unnecessary to detail again the entire factual posture of this case other than to point out that it concerns the validity of a bitterly contested nuncupative will by private act executed by Willard Kilpa-trick dated January 16, 1977, which in effect revokes a prior will of September 16, 1976, in which the Bank was named trustee and executor of the bulk of Mr. Kilpatrick’s estate for an…
