¶ 1. We review the report of the referee recommending that the license of Attorney Keith E. Broadnax to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for 90 days as discipline for professional misconduct and that for three years he be required to comply with specified conditions directed to his rehabilitation from alcohol and chemical dependency.
