Miller Brothers is a commercial firm composed of four brothers, residents of this city. The firm is and has been 'for a number of years engaged in the retail jewelry business.

One of the members, Joseph E. Miller, is a duly licensed and qualified auctioneer, authorized under the laws of the state to make sales as such auctioneer in this city.

In the early part of December the auctioneer proceeded to sell at public outcry the stock of jewelry and merchandise of the firm at its place of business. To aid and assist him in such sale, the auctioneer engaged the services of Sam Frank and Norman…
