THOMAS, District Judge.
1. Wiley Nelson was owner of the automobile which the United States seeks to have forfeited for having been used in violation of the Internal Revenue Laws as they relate to liquor. Nelson purchased the automobile from Seale Lincoln-Mercury Company, Inc., of Selma, Alabama, July 30, 1955, under a conditional sales contract. The contract was purchased by the Universal C.I.T. Credit Corporation,' claimant herein, in good faith and for valuable consideration.
