ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.

Richard Bryl appeals from the judgment of the District Court for Ramsey County, affirming an administrative suspension of Bryl’s driver’s license. We affirm.

On January 2, 1991, Richard Bryl was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while his operator’s license was under suspension.
