OPINION

CHAPMAN, Justice.

Bel-Ton Electric Service, Inc. a/k/a Bel-Ton Electric, Inc. (Bel-Ton), appeals a judgment in favor of Suzie Y. Pickle 1 and National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 2 In five points of error, Bel-Ton contends that the trial court erred (1) in submitting the question of proximate cause to the jury, (2) in failing to grant Bel-Ton’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict because there was no evidence of proximate cause, (3) in failing to grant Bel-Ton’s motion for new trial because there was insufficient evidence of proximate cause, and (4)…
