Plaintiff-vendor at wholesale of meat products sued defendant Atlas Poods, Inc. (Atlas), a Missouri corporation, and defendant Jerome B. Goldenberg to collect $28,-520.57 representing the unpaid purchase price for the sale of cattle and cattle parts. The identity of the purchaser is the disputed issue. Plaintiff claims it sold to defendant Goldenberg or in the alternative to Atlas which was the alter ego of Golden-berg. Defendant Goldenberg claims that plaintiff sold to Atlas only.
