Gil llano Colmenar petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) denial of his application for asylum and withholding of deportation. Colmenar argues that the BIA’s decision is not supported by substantial evidence and that he was denied a full and fair hearing before the Immigration Judge (“IJ”). We agree that the IJ denied Colmenar a full and fair hearing and that this prejudiced Colmenar’s ability to present evidence in support of his asylum claim.
