HUMPHREYS, Judge.

Antonio Lamont Harris (“Harris”) was convicted, pursuant to a plea of guilty, in the Circuit Court of the City of Hampton (“trial court”) of credit card theft, and a revocation hearing was held on his previous five-year suspended sentence for embezzlement. Harris was sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary with four years suspended for five years on the credit card theft.
