Defendant, Keith Clayton Brooks, Jr., appeals the district court's orders denying his Crim. P. 35 motions in two cases. We affirm, but remand for correction of the mittimus in each case.
I. Background
In January 2000, pursuant to a plea agreement in 99JD1799, defendant pleaded guilty to committing acts that, if committed by an adult, would constitute attempted first degree aggravated motor vehicle theft.
