This is a divorce case- B. S. 2:60-2(c). Appellant, Erieda Stutz, sued respondent, Joseph E. Stutz, her husband, for a divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty. The alleged acts of cruelty are that. her husband “called her vile names on many occasion,” and that he “grabbed” (her) by the throat, severely choked her and forcibly ejected her from their residence, told her to get out and if she ever came back “he would finish where he left off * * * she * * * understood that to mean that (he) would kill her if she returned;” and that as a result…
