Reversing.

Tbe matter presented for solution involves a business engaged in by a father and three sons in the City of Louisville, begun by two brothers in 1919, at which time the mother and the father were about fifty-six years of age. The appellee, Lawrence E. Waterbnry, was about 19; Chester about 24; Roy later coming into the business when about 19.
