People v. Krist

Defendant was originally convicted by a jury of two counts of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. He was sentenced by St. Clair County Circuit Judge Halford I. Streeter to concurrent prison terms of from 14 to 40 years on each count.
