Appellants instituted this action to recover the amount of a promissory note executed by appellees McIlroy and his co-appellees, Jackson and Decker, who were sureties on the note, which was executed to appellants for the contract price of drilling a well on Mcllroy’s land. Appellees defended on the ground of failure of consideration, in that the well did not come up to contract. The case was tried before a jury, and there was a verdict in favor of appellees. The principal contention of appellants is that the evidence is not sufficient to support the verdict.
