The facts in the present case are set forth in the opinion of Gest, J., filed November 7, 1930, as well as in the report and second supplemental report of the auditor. A further recital thereof is, therefore, not necessary.

The original finding of the auditor was to the effect that the divorce obtained by the petitioner, Rose Van Dusen, in Reno, Nevada, was void for want of jurisdiction by reason of the residence established by her not being bona fide.
