Plaintiff in error was the proponent in the county court of Custer County of a will alleged to have been executed by his father, Conrad Koch. Caveat was filed by the six sisters of proponent, all daughters of Conrad. Proponent, Charles, who was the only son, duly answered. The county judge’s decision was against proponent. On appeal to the district court of Custer County, the verdict of the trial jury was that the will had been executed under undue influence and judgment was entered accordingly.
