This motion is made to punish one of the officers of the Bank for Savings, a third party herein, for alleged contempt of court for his disobedience of one of the mandates of this court, as a résult of which the judgment creditor contends his rights and remedies have been impeded, impaired and prejudiced. From the facts disclosed by the papers it appears that the plaintiff obtained a judgment against the defendant in the Municipal Court of the city of New York, first district, for the sum of $1,027.91; that the judgment-roll was duly filed in said court; a transcript of said judgment was duly…
