The Travelers Insurance Company appeals the grant of summary judgment to Robert A. Harris, an uninsured motorist, in its action to recover from Harris amounts paid to a H. K. Gillilan, a Travelers’ insured, under the uninsured motorist coverage of Gillilan’s policy of automobile insurance with Travelers. The record shows that on July 23,1992, Gillilan and Harris were in an automobile accident in which Gillilan was injured.
