Sinclair Oil and Gas Company, a corporation, brought this action against the county treasurer of Sweetwater County, Wyoming, to enjoin the collection of the so-called County High School Fund created by Ch. 158, S.L. of Wyoming, 1959, and declare that Act to be in violation of the constitutional requirement of uniformity of taxation. The trial court declared the Act unconstitutional and from that holding the county treasurer has appealed.
