DWYER, J. — Armel Manzumba Lumembo appeals from the judgment entered on a jury’s verdict finding him guilty of indecent liberties. He contends that prosecutorial misconduct deprived him of a fair trial, that the trial court erroneously admitted evidence, and that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a new trial based on a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel.
