This matter came before the Court on February 19,1999, on Defendant Chesterbrook Shopping Center Property Management’s Plea to the Motion for Judgment and Plaintiffs Motion to Amend his Motion for Judgment. I sustained the Defendant’s Plea in Bar and took the issue of the Motion to Amend under advisement For the reasons stated herein, the Motion to Amend is granted.
