Following a bench trial, the defendant, Robert Leonard Flatt, was convicted of violating the Sexual Offender Registration and Monitoring Act, TenmCode Ann. §§ 40-39-101 to -111, 1 a Class A misdemeanor, and sentenced to eleven months and twenty-nine days.
