This is a petition for review by the defendant employer, Allianeewall Corporation (Al-liancewall), and its insurer, American Policyholders Insurance Company (American), from the decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming an award of benefits to the claimant for disability and death due to bronchogenic carcinoma. This petition does not challenge the award per se; rather, this appeal challenges the assessment of the award against American.
