The Oklahoma Tractor & Equipment Company brought suit against the board of county commissioners of Stephens county, state of Oklahoma, to recover on a warrant issued by said board for materials and supplies sold to Stephens county. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, and the county, under its official designation, .appeals.
