OPINION

HOLTZOFF, District Judge.

This is an action to enjoin the Postmaster General of the United States from issuing a commemorative Christmas postage stamp on the ground that the stamp portrays a painting of the Madonna and, therefore, has a religious significance. There are three plaintiffs: one is a corporation named “Protestants and Other Americans United for Separation of Church and State”; and the other two are private individuals.
