|!Appellant James Wyman Walker was convicted in a jury trial of two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening, and one count of second-degree battery. Mr. Walker was sentenced as a habitual offender to prison terms of 25, 25, 15, 15, and 15 years to be served consecutively, for a total of 95 years in prison. Mr. Walker now appeals from his convictions and sentence, arguing that cumulative sentencing for these convictions violated the Arkansas and federal constitutional prohibitions against double jeopardy.
