Defendant was convicted by the verdict of a jury in the circuit court of Calhoun county of unlawfully having in his possession a quantity of intoxicating liquor. He brings the case here for review on exceptions before sentence. The question raised on this record is essentially one of procedure. On complaint regularly made and warrant issued defendant was arrested and taken before the proper magistrate where he waived examination and was bound over for trial to the circuit court.
