Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed, without costs.

After the death of a tenant in a city housing project subsidized by the Federal Government, petitioner claimed the right to retain the apartment as the last surviving family member of the deceased tenant. He stated that he had been the tenant’s common-law husband for many years, had signed the lease with her, and they both had resided in the apartment prior to her death.
