JACKSON, District Judge.
The bill in this cause alleges: That on the 12th day of July, 1897, the defendant Woods conveyed 1,000 acres of land in Pocahontas county, in this state, to the plaintiff, Mo.Graw. That the consideration for the land was $8,500, one-third of which consideration was cash in hand, and the balance of the purchase money was divided into two equal installments, pay-aide in 6 and 12 months, with interest from date.
