The appellee recovered judgment for personal injuries suffered through the alleged negligence of appellant. The overruling of a motion for a new trial is the only error *174assigned. Under this assignment the appellant questions the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict and the correctness of certain instructions given to the jury.
