Anthony Brouwers appeals from a district court 1 order denying his application for an award of attorney’s fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(1)(A) (Supp. Ill 1985). We affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
Brouwers applied for both social security disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income. His application was denied at the administrative level, and he sought judicial review.
