MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Plaintiff Bankruptcy Trustee seeks to compel the Trustee of a Profit Sharing Plan & Trust * to pay to the bankruptcy estate that portion of the Plan’s assets attributable to Debtor, Michael Mead. The Plan in question was first established on June 30, 1965 by the predecessor to Mead and Sons, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, and has been amended from time to time since to comply with changes in applicable law.
