I think it is very clear that the legislature did not, either by ch. 99 of the Laws of *2181881, sec. 246.07 (sec. 2345), or by ch. 529, Laws of 1921 (sec. 6.015), or by them together, intend to do away with the firmly established and well recognized common-law rule that neither spouse can sue the other, a child a parent, or a parent a child, for a tort committed by any one of such on the person of the other, and therefore I must' dissent.
