Sklar, J.), entered January 5, 2007, which granted plaintiffs’ motion to continue prior interim orders requiring the City to furnish plaintiffs’ counsel with copies of shelter termination sanction notices at the same time they are issued to residents of homeless shelters, reversed, on the law, without costs, and the motion denied.
