The defendant in error brought ejectment in the court below, for certain premises described as the Arcade Buildings,” in the village of Madison. • His claim was founded on a sheriff’s certificate of sale under'a judgment in the late district court for Dane county ; and this judgment grew out’ of a mechanic’s lien for services rendered in the construction of the building.
