Paul Carter and Wendy Carter sued Innisfree Hotel, Inc. ("Innisfree"); Birmingham Civic Center Hotel, d/b/a Travelodge; Travelodge Motels and Motor Hotels; Forte Hotels, Inc.; and Eagle Security, Inc., alleging various claims arising out of an alleged "peeping Tom" incident during their stay at the Birmingham Civic Center Travelodge hotel.
