Defendant Abel Cota-Loaiza filed a motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 on April 8, 1996. This court denied Mr. Cota-Loaiza’s motion on July 16, 1996. United States v. Cota-Loaiza, 936 F.Supp. 751 (D.Colo.1996). Mr. Cota-Loaiza filed a notice of appeal on July 26,1996.
