This case came before the Supreme Court on March 6, 2019, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided. Guiseppina Gagliano, as executrix for the estate of her late husband Sergio Prete, is appealing from a Superior Court judgment dismissing her probate court appeal.
