PICKARD, J.
{1} Defendant was convicted of two counts of distribution of marijuana. On appeal, Defendant argues that (1) the State deprived him of his right to testify before the grand jury by failing to provide him with notice that he was a target witness; (2) the undercover officer who purchased marijuana from Defendant had not complied with law enforcement certification requirements; and (3) the trial court improperly admitted evidence that (a) the undercover officer had purchased drugs from Defendant’s girlfriend and (b) “c-scales,” which could be used to weigh specific weights,…
