Mary Sherrell and the other parties named above filed their bill in the Circuit Court for Gadsden county against Elijah S. Shepard, administrator of the estate of Alfred Shepard, deceased. The plaintiffs and the defendant are the heirs at law and distributees of the estate of Alfred Shepard. Plaintiffs prayed a discovery of the estate, both real and personal, of the decedent which came to the hands of the administrator, for an account of that portion disposed of, a discovery of what remains on hand, that the annual settlements of the administrator may be opened and set aside, that upon said…
