This appeal is from a judgment of the district court of Newton county awarding the appellees, who were the plaintiffs below, a recovery of the title and possession of 160 acres undivided'interest in the Anderson Barclay survey of 320 acres in Newton county. Appellants were the defendants, and it was admitted at the commencement of the trial that the record title to the land in controversy was in appellants subject to being defeated by proof that appellees had acquired title under the 10-year statute of limitation.
