delivered the opinion of the conrt.

On November 7, 1956 the Circuit Court of Vermilion County entered a decree in the above case, enjoining defendant from practicing dentistry. Subsequently on August 4, 1957 an unverified petition was filed in the case, for a rule on defendant to show cause why he should not he adjudged in contempt of court for violation of the terms of the injunction. The petition was couched in general terms, that is, it simply alleged a violation of the injunction in various ways, without specifying the date of the violation or the person or persons…
